        I guess the Paypal option would need to route through Paypal servers for approval, possibly giving you a split second disadvantage?
        Maybe it doesn't matter but I changed it to try and give myself every chance.

        I paid via CC, I assume if you use paypal it will slow down your purchase since ebay needs to connect to paypal for confirmation - that's my assumption.
        At 2:58PM I would just keep clicking on Confirm and pay button and ebay will keep returning an error message to check your item ignore and keep clicking it after every page refresh till it hits 3PM.

        Not sure about that sorry, I just paid by CC.
        You just need to be ready on the Confirm and Pay screen, have the code entered and payment type selected and some luck.

    got one, here is what I did.

    • I was able to add airpod in cart at 11pm and able to apply coupon.
    • I changed payment method to Credit Card.
    • downloaded https://sourceforge.net/projects/fast-mouse-clicker-pro/
    • changed trigger method to toggle
    • at 1:58 placed mouse key on top of "big blue confirm payment"
    • pressed enter (key 13 is Enter key on key board)
    • browser tab froze for few second, heartbeat increased and than there was confirmation message of purchase.

    Heads up: managed to get this with the above-mentioned method, but had payment / transaction processed at 2:05pm.

    My guess is everyone else gave up and one or two people's payments lapsed. So don't give up right away, even if it says there's none left!

    I got a BIN/Add to Cart button this time, and it showed 427 sold. Then errored when I tried to BIN.

    What's the best option there? I instinctively hit BIN, but should I be trying 'add to cart'?

    TIPS ON GETTING IT SUCCESSFULLY:

    • in the next round, refresh page at xx:59:00
    • continue refreshing until you get the 'buy it now' option
    • click on 'buy it now'
    • this will take you to the checkout page, do not close this tab
    • use gift card, this is probably the preferred payment option for successful checkout (it worked for me)
    • PayPal may work too but make sure its selected
    • not sure if credit card works, because seller only accepts PayPal. someone please confirm.
    • enter in voucher code: PODAIR
    • click 'confirm and pay', most likely wont work because you've taken too long already

    that's alright, come back to this tab in 1 hour

    • before xx:59:00, click on 'confirm and pay' just to make sure you don't get any payment/account errors (cannot verify cc, etc)
    • at xx:59:00, spam your mouse on 'confirm and pay'
    • hopefully, the page will appear frozen for a second and you'll see the wheel spinning on the 'confirm and pay' button
    • don't freak out because in a few seconds, you'll see the much anticipated text: "Thanks for your purchase! You've saved $150 on this purchase."
    • if you constantly get a quantity error, then unfortunately, it's been sold out

    if you look at the sellers revision time for the listing, they've updated their quantities usually around 30 seconds before the deals meant to go live.
    seems like someone is doing this manually instead of the system.

        I've tried purchasing with card from different sellers and Ebay has refused to process the payment because seller only accept PayPal.
        I'd say if you don't want your order cancelled/refunded, then best to use PayPal or gift card.

          Problem with that is that it'll sell out before you get through the PayPal payment. Maybe that's their grand plan. Will only have to actually post out a few, if any, because they'll cancel all the ones that went through CC.

    If you click "Buy it Now", can you add the code in the next screen?

    I've always only ever added to cart, then put in the code when checking out. Wasnt sure if clicking "Buy it now" would charge me full price.

      Yep after you click "Buy it now", it takes you to the final checkout screen where you choose your delivery address, payment method, and you have a chance to enter discount codes etc. You then have to click "Confirm and pay" for the transaction to actually go through (or attempt to go through, in this case).

      dont leave the checkout page even if you missed out or getting the message like "Please review your unit". In that case, you wont need to enter the cc detail again and spam the confirm and buy button on the next hour.
