    With regards to the Roll'd app:
    It didn't accept the groupon code, went ahead and charged my credit card anyway.
    I immediately cancelled the order.
    5 minutes later it says my order is ready. Check credit card, charge is pending, go to Roll'D no order visible in their system. "Sorry sir, we don't have any order under your name" but order is visible in the app on my side.

    So cancelling an order on Roll'D app means you pay but don't have an order ?
    Don't see contact details in the app to complain.

    And a few days ago the app cancelled my order because my credit card was not accepted, I didn't change anything but now it suddenly accepts the card..

    does it matter how I redeem this at Roll'd shop? Show pdf to the store? Just want to make sure that i follow the play guide and don't want my $5 cashback to be violated.

        how do you mean? we already purchased and got the voucher code and the security code; why do we need to enter credit card details again in Roll'd app?

      You put the coupon code from groupon into the roll'd app and buy 2 x soldiers.

      I don't know what the purpose of this promotion was, but it hasn't made a good impression on me for any of these apps. Have to install 3x different apps, a lot of logging in, pdf-ing, copy and pasting.
      After your purchase, if the screen saver kicks in the roll'd app has to restart and you lose your order number, the number in the receipts page is different. And the soldiers were like 3/4 rice noodles.

            @tlai: The wording suggested payment: "Your Cashback has been credited into your ShopBack account". Below, states it's just tracking - still to be confirmed.

              @INFIDEL: It is credited in the fact that it appears as dollar values in your Lifetime Earnings. However, they separate it with available balance and pending earnings.

        Yes.. I placed my order via the app..

        Added the groupon voucher code in the Coupon section prior to payment which brought the total to $0…

    Have bought the Roll'd voucher but think it would be useless because of negative reviews on the app. The app is not working and keeps on crashing and I can't even use the voucher. A lot of first time users will also be last time users unless the CEO either fixed up the app or let users who bought the voucher to use it directly in-store. Hope the bugs in the apps will get resolved before 31/10/19 otherwise Groupon may have to do a massive refund for selling dodgy vouchers.

    The outcome of 0.25 cents cashback is incorrect and not acceptable, we should all get $5 back because we purchased the Roll'd Groupon via CashBack App - As per advertised.
    I have sent a message to gotyourback to ask them to look into it. I will post outcome here once I receive their response.
