  Wouldn't use them again after having to finally make a claim.
  The flight was canceled and rebooked to a new flight.
  Arrived at a different airport 12 hours later than intended.

  Cancelation on not being able to collect wifi hotspot not covered.
  Transfers from airport to hotel not covered.

  Was only a small claim of $280ish but still they kept quoting all this BS fine print saying it was a delay not a cancelation and (even though letter from qantas says its a cancelation).
  Took over 10days to get a reply to the first case i filed, another 7 days to get a response when they asked questions and another 5 to get told i was not covered.
