    Yea you can. It transmits from tv to Bluetooth headphones. I’ve been looking for something like this for a while actually but I’m not sure if it’s a bargain

  Rep, do these do aptx-ll (low latency) in both transmit and receive mode? The taotronics ones only transmit low latency but do not receive low latency and I need both ways.

  This doesn't look like a bargain to me. There's plenty of generic Bluetooth Transmitter & Receivers on Amazon/Ebay/Aliexpress/Wherever that do the same as this for cheaper.
