      Just out of curiosity, do you mean the lights aren't working at all, or that one of the lights is a solid green while the other is blinking?

        So there are two LED indicators on the Charging Case, it seems like both of them aren't functioning (I may be wrong…). LED indicators work as intended on the Ear Buds.

        Edit: Unless Charging Case has no LED indicators when it's fully charged? (But, the manual states it would be solid green)

    How long does it take to reach you. Mine has been sent out on the 9th and tracking says shipping information received by Auspost, but there's no sign of where it is at the moment.

      Jump onto 17track.net/en and choose the carrier UBI and you should get more accurate tracking. It incorrectly autodetects as Auspost and doesn't show anything.

    On Sunday it was marked as shipped with a tracking number but it's now Wednesday and still stuck on:

    I think this means they've booked the courier but it hasn't been picked up by the courier yet? I raised a ticket with Geek Buying and will update.

      Literally covered that in the comment above yours. You need to choose UBI as the carrier at 17track.net and it will show correctly.

    These arrived incredibly quickly. Ordered on the 9th and arrived on the 15th. Things have certaintly changed with shipping from these kind of China based online stores. Or maybe I just got lucky? I chose Australia direct line shipping option (or something along those lines), by the way. As for the earphones so far I am happy. They sound pretty good to my ears, but then again I don't like artificially boosted bass. They isolate incredibly well (passive), and today I am using them instead of Sony XM3s (not necessarily looking to replace XM3s with these though). Pairing was painless. Synch with you tube? Once I paid attention to it, yes there was some slight delay. Not sure yet whether it is to the point where it would bother me - would need to do more testing. Haven't tried charging them in the case yet. Have tried charging the case with my wireless pad and it seemed to work just fine. Better than having to use micro-USB cables in any case. And they work really well for the gym: they feel secure in my ears and the best thing is, due to sound isolation I don't have to listen to the rubbish music they play. All in all, not bad at all for the price.

    I received mine, quicker than I assumed I would and quite happy with it so far.

    Just had a question, it is ok to have them in the box all the time or would that reduce battery life, as I don't know where I could place them if not in the box. Also, can they be placed in the box while the box is being charged ?

      No harm in having them in the charging case. If they're already fully charged they won't overcharge.

    Ordered Fri night 9th and arrived under 7 days later in Melb at midday today (Fri 16th), super happy with the quick shipping.

    Quick impressions, pretty happy so far. If you want to use left mono, you need to pair the left unit separately as well (power on and hold button for ~3s). By default when powering on, the left bud initially searches for the right bud for stereo. If the left bud can't find the signal for the right after 10s, then it auto connects to the last paired/connected device. Note that if you want stereo, you need to always connect the right bud first. Hope that help anyone out there who wants to use left-only.

    Ordered 8th, arrived 16th (six business days).

    I feel like I'm missing something completely obvious because my left bud refuses to pair with the right. I've tried every combination of order of turning the buds on, having the right connected to my phone, etc., but the left bud sits there every time for 20 seconds flashing white before falling back into mono pairing. Every review, comment, video I can find shows it working straight out of the box.

      Finally found a video from QCY themselves that demonstrate a factory reset. Problem solved.

      Sound quality seems decent for the price, fairly comfortable in my ear, and connection is much more consistent than the T1 Pros I'm coming from. Not sure I like the physical button over the capacitive one, but at least I know when it actuates as opposed to the fairly dodgy capacitive button on the last pair.

    Wow. Arrived 2 days ago and very happy so far. Too excited on 1st pair up and had to reset. Since then really happy. Changed to the bigger buds and then played around with the position in the ear. Sounds more than adequate, the wireless charging and quick pairing is faultless. Sound level a little quiet but overall very impressed with the value for money overall. Would love a white set if the OP can sort that.

    Very quick delivery from GB. The earphones sound good. The only thing I don't like is the fact that I can't use both when on a call as they are individually paired and only I can only select one side when making a call (S10). Unless I'm doing something wrong.

      I think you didn't pair them together. turn off both of them and then press and hold the button for +20 seconds until they flash white twice.

      before doing all of this, make sure you unpair them from your phone.

      then when you pair them again, turn on them both. You should only find the R one in the Bluetooth list.
