Just seen this in Coles this morning, loved these as a kid and couldn't resist!

      I bought 10 of these today, how exactly can I verify where they are from?

      The packaging looks just like it usually would and the taste is definitely the same. I asked the cashier if he knew where they might have been from and he said he 'guesses' that it's 'Australian' stock.

      I tried prying off the plastic wrap carefully to read the text at the bottom of the wrapping (on the area that wraps around the stick) but it was glued together too well because whenever I tried unravelling the bottom part, it either tore into pieces or wouldn't come unstuck at all.

        I just came across one on which I could make out the following: "…TIMO NSW, 2007."

        Which most likely said "Ultimo NSW, 2007". Quick Google search and I found this.

        I assume they are official importers for Chupa Chups in Australia since it's printed on the label and therefore not a parallel import from Vietnam or wherever else.
