As per doweyy's comment, it is also $245 on their website for non ebay plus members. You could also price beat at officeworks bringing it down to $232.75. In my area most of officework stores are out of stock but they can order it in which will take 2~3 business days.
Just note that their site also incur a +1.5% surchage for Zip/AmEx/CC and +3% for Paypal.

No unfortunately. The closest you can get are the Bose, which aren't that great either unless you get a great deal on them.
