  • So it's seems clickfrezy aren't the most savvy of people.

All deals already listed on one of their pages. Didn't want to post any deals in case they caught on and removes access.

Although all the deals are listed not all participating partners websites are active to get the deal but at least you will get to see what's on offer now instead of waiting until 7pm Tonight.

    • Looks like they fixed it :p

  • +4

Ah shit, here we go again.
Time to spend my whole evening looking at a bell icon…

    • Yet to receive any email regarding time frames for Go Overboard deals. Looks like it'll be released via their Instagram Stories. Nvm email received now.

    • They made it more fair now but the questions end up being so hard though. It's not about speed anymore

Hopeless! Every deal I've clicked is 'oops that sale has ended'???

  • i put 13

  • With two hour gaps and question that can't be answered, I can't really be bothered this time. Only checked to see if it was the same format as last time. The first question seems like it actually had a real answer though, so anyone that was on the ball could probably have grabbed it since the interest seems much lower.

  • $500 FLIGHT CENTRE VOUCHER

    https://bit.ly/33LSVcG

How many cities are mentioned on the Flight Centre Brand page?

    2019-08-20 20:39:53

  • I put 9. Not sure if Palm Cove would be counted as a city!!

    • I put 9 as well

    • I put 11.

      1. Rome
      2. Bali
      3. Phuket
      4. Los Angeles
      5. Palm Cove
      6. Honolulu
      7. Singapore
      8. Paris
      9. London
      10. Delhi
      11. Vancouver

EDIT: Forgot Athens, so should be 12.

      • isn't Singapore a country?

        • +2

          Both.

      • Bali and Phuket are islands
        Unsure about Palm Cove

        • Did anyone manage to get it? Super curious

        • +1

Hmm, yeah guess Bali & Phuket are islands.

Palm Cove is a suburb with a mailing address so I'd consider that as a city.

OK, so then the answer should be 10. Hmm.

      • lol i put 13

      • Haha I included the ones from ads (Sydney, New York, Auckland, Manchester) and said 16…

        • Ads? Don't see any ads on that page.

  • +1

According to the latest IG Story from CF, 5 Nights at the Warwick Fiji is between 10-11pm. NOT 10-12.
    Expect it between 10:55 - 11:00pm.

  • Damn it!

"Thanks for submitting your answer for this 'Go Overboard' deal.
Unfortunately you've not been successful on this occassion."

I chose 9, but it doesn't confirm if the answer was correct or incorrect.

  • +1

Click Frenzy! Can’t wait to be “successfully nabbing bargains” with this sorry lot. They belong in the “useless and never deal with again” list along with Hey You.

  • +2

Zero deals. No international flights deals that are cheaper than elsewhere, or can be obtained same price elsewhere without a "click frenzy flash sale!!!!"

  • I went Webjet… this is a tough one :(

    • same… don't like my chances

    • +2

I went with Virgin… Fingers crossed.

      • This was my panic answer… In hindsight I would have gone with something else.

    • I was probably about 3 minutes later than you based on your comment time, so I'm screwed either way :P but yes, guessed webjet eventually after pondering for way too long. Should have just guessed quickly, too hard to figure out the answer.

Wasn't planning on doing this again, but it popped up while I was doing some work, so why not take a stab.

EDIT: virgin australia has a deal called "win 50000 velocity points every hour". I suspect that virgin is the correct answer. My second guess is flightcentre. Third place is webjet.

    • +1

      Flight Centre

      • Probably flight centre after being the topic of the last question

    • I went with Klook
Most upvoted deal related to this Travel Frenzy on OzB so far.. Although I was wondering about Agoda
      Tough one, though, you're right

    • Went with Air New Zealand due to February's deal but Singapore Airlines a possibility

BTW: Their Instagram page had an airplane as the clue, thus why picked an airline.

  • Anyone know if there are any good baggage suitcase deals going on?

    • Myer has 40-50% off suitcases, and buying them through Myer Ebay gives you an extra 20% off. The American Tourister Curio range works out to be significantly cheaper than Strandbags (which were the cheapest I could find online last week), but not all colours are available at Myer.

Answer to the Fiji question was Travel Online. Keep an eye on their Instagram stories, they drop clues there.

    Next Overboard deals:

Aesop Departure Travel Kit $1: 9am-11am AEST
    Nikon D3500 DSLR Camera $4: 11am-1pm AEST

    • Isn’t the Travel Online logo just there to show who the Fiji package is with? I’m unconvinced that it’s had the most clicks.

      • If that's the case, that clue isn't helpful in any way lol. I'm slightly unconvinced as well.

        • I think the clue for that one was that the deal was coming live before 11pm instead of 12am. No way would they have given the answer as a clue (hopefully).

          • @kzu: Could be, although they already posted a story stating that leading up to that clue.

  • This Aesop question is as odd as the rest of them. What is the value of items that cost different amounts at different shops? Might as well ask us to guess how many jellybeans in a jar.

    • I didn't get the notification yet -_-

      • Me neither, I thought they had just left it ultra late. The last one I can see is 'Samsonite 2019-08-21 07:11:04'

      • same here….no notification.

      • Hmmm - strange - on mine it's showing as released at 10:46:08. The question was: What is the total value of all the items in the social giveaway?

        • Finally appeared for me:

          2019-08-21 11:06:07

          • @Munnday: I have 2 notifications, both with the same bit link the time stamp you gave and my original one. Not too sure how they're going to work that with time if someone answered correctly on the first notification. It's a strange question though, so it could be only one person will get it correct in total. I guessed $504 I think.

        • Still hasn't appeared for me. But it has for others. What a big fail

      • Yeah it only appeared to me about 10 minutes ago, AFTER it was over - clicked the link and it stated the 'This Go Overboard Deal has finished' yeah no worries….

  • shit i thought the question said “what is the total number of items”

  • +1

Damn I missed the nikon question by a minute. I think it was 24+24+29 so 77.

    • I misread, thought it was ALL click frenzy events…

    • Travel started in 2016. 24 (October 2016)+24 (2017)+24 (2018)+ 29 (Feb 2019). So I went 101.

      • I did 24 (Oct 2016) + 48 (2 events 2017)+ 48 (2018) + 48 (2019) = 178….but perhaps should have taken off a few hours given this event isn't finished yet and was only 18 hours into the sale when notification came out. Do they even publish the answers?

    • however, the instagram clue was "think about what time Click Frenzy Travel in February started and ended"

  • So any winner/loser emails yet?

    • I got 2 loser emails (FC $500 GC and 5-day fiji).

      • Same as Smogul. 2 Loser emails for the 2 deals last night, the FC $500 GC email came last night and 5 day fiji email about an hour ago.

        • +1

i Prefer the other years where if we were fast enough we got the item, instead of them sending successful/unsuccessful emails

    • +8

I was lucky enough to wake and check my phone the exact minute the Samsonite competition was released. Somehow managed to accurately count the number of bags on a (relatively small screen) Galaxy S7 whilst I was half-awake. From memory I submitted '35' and got a successful email around midday :D.

      • Well done! I find the auto - fill on my phone works well too. As in not slower than computer. Good job on the counting too

  • +3

I'd be interested to know if anyone who has previously gotten a deal in the old format has been successful in the new one? I can't shake the feeling they have us on a database somewhere saying no.

    • Got a TV last year, and a Macbook early this year. TV was delivered but Macbook got cancelled although they gave a unique discount code?

      • +1

Have the exact same feeling as you Bluellama21. I have gotten a deal with the old format, nothing with the new one. I just have this feeling that they've done it this way to not allow for multiple winners which is pretty piss poor in my opinion as it's seperate years/seperate competitons.

And same experience as you, Kolkolnut…

    • I got the TV last year and an Xbox the year before, but nothing with these new style questions

  • I'm guessing for the beats one it's 18/10/2016, but no idea when it went live so I assume I'm way too slow!

    • I missed the word 'travel' in the question. So I'm way off.

  • Coming up, assuming that these will be the final 2:

Aesop Departure Travel Kit $1: 21/8 8pm-9pm (AEST)
    7 Night Bali Holiday Package $28: 21/8 9pm-11pm (AEST)

  • AESOP DEPARTURE TRAVEL KIT

    https://bit.ly/2ZdcoPX

How many total brands that start with the letters A,E,S,O or P are participating in the 2019 Click Frenzy Travel Event?

    2019-08-21 20:20:09

    I got 19

    • Me too

  • Just curious. Did you guys all receive replies for all the go overboard questions you submitted entries for? I don't seem to ever have received emails back to the last couple

    • No reply to final Aesop offer yet. Missed out the first time as no notification received. First time participant and probably last as well. Waste of time.

      • Yeah I was same for AESOP- banner didn't come up first time and no email response second

        • +1

I got a congrats for the Aesop one at midday AEST today…
