I have a feeling, from reading the comments, that this is like those Asian bootleg version of the show!
Since there is no proper DVD casing, but rather paper CD sleeves!

  I bought a box set of The Office from Amazon UK that had the cardboard sleeves like this one appears to. It is kinda sucky packaging but I doubt that this will be bootleg. The discs can get scuffed sliding them in and out of the slips. I'd avoid packaging like this if I could but if you like this show and for this price you can't be too picky.
