    Thanks for your post.
If your local store doesn't have stocks try big W instead for the same price
    https://www.bigw.com.au/product/decor-effortless-self-wateri…

    • yeah already reduced at $6. Good find mate and to OP as well. If this works as per description, it's a must buy specially those going on holidays during Christmas

  • My big W has them at $7.12 but honoured the $6 price.

    • Lucky you! I noticed that there are 2 types of pots with slightly different design.
My local big w staff told me it has to be exactly the same size same colour same barcode to match price. So no luck for me :(

      • Ah I wondered if that was the case with mine, but the employee didn't even want to check the barcode, heck she didn't even look at my phone showing the $6 website she just said "if it's $6 on the website then we'll adjust the price to $6" - I thought I'd have to play the Bunnings card at least (which is where I was heading next anyway!)

EDIT: I just looked at the image above, mine is actually different. The bottom on mine is smaller. The Bunnings ones actually look a little better. But minor aesthetics aside they are otherwise identical I think.

EDIT2: Oh and the BIG-W ones (the slightly different model) have many more colours. I got a few grey ones.

  • how does the self watering part work, does this mean that i dont have to water the plant ever again?
