I have a similar product, AeroCool brand, which has a cooling fan with an annoying buzz, but otherwise works very well. Have had up to 8 devices charging at once - phones, tablets, portable speakers, fitness watches, portable battery banks… Make sure you buy some 30cm charging cables - anything longer can turn into a tangled mess very quickly. I think these devices SHOULD have a cooling fan, not sure I'd trust one without; but of course that introduces noise, enhances internal dust collection and introduces an additional potential point of failure of the device.
