Where do you enter the code ?
Either in the Shopping bag or Checkout, you can checkout as Guest. It deducts the shipping from the total but still shows the delivery cost when you go through the delivery method. But if you check your total at the end, you will see it's free and under the items it states shipping is free in red

Yes, it still says 10.99 for shipping buy once you put the order through you'll see that the shipping is free.
