This for anyone that wants to try the budget flagship from last year or is locked into the iOS ecosystem but don't want to pay extra for the 11.

      With JB Hifi, David Jones etc there is potential for further reduction after negotiation. (Even if the gift card savings are ignored.)

      With Costco, I would think the displayed price is fixed & final price ?

        I can't see David Jones negotiating on an iPhone unless you got them to price match someone else. They're not JB Hi-Fi/Harvey Norman/Good Guys/etc.

    Also, do pay extra for the 11. It's worth it.

  iPhone 11 is just $100 more. I don’t see a deal here unless OP thought XR is XS, but still no deal.

    Definitely not a deal but this tends to be Apple's discount model for previous generations I think whereby they just deduct $100 from the RRP
