  When it says for 'Guaranteed balcony', it says that it could be an obstructed balcony view. I'm just wondering in what ways it could be obstructed?

    Lifeboats, window washing structure generally. Some obstructed are hardly obstructed at all, you just don't have completely unobstructed views from all directions
