    Sounds like a widespread problem with this deal. I've not had issues with tracking in recent times with SB so this is rather disappointing.

    Just got my shopback confirmation today. I got separate shopback emails for each shipment.

    Shipping confirmation came yesterday. Items purchased at 1150pm - 10 minutes before the deal closed.

    Just waiting for amex credit now - although I already got an email saying it was redeemed.

    My order is being delivered tomorrow but still no tracking. May have to return it. Was counting on +$70 cashback…

    Mine still hasn't tracked as well. Order will be delivered tomorrow and was hoping for ~$40 cashback.

    Do people usually have luck submitting missing cashback claims? Working out how likely I am to get this cashback.

      I’ve never had an issue with claiming missing cashback with Shopback. You’ll be fine. Message the rep “gotyourback” on here if you want to speed it up.

      Nup nada… I think its time to buy a diary and start noting down all these get ShopBack offers I've purchased from, as I think I'm being had as a fool when I forget to check if it was tracked :-/

          I submitted a missing cashback report and it was just plainly rejected with three obviously invalid reasons!!

    My cashback claim has been rejected as expected. No surprises there.
    Looks like I will be returning the item. What a waste of time that was as well as wasting my Amex offer.

        no, placed two orders. one tracked fine, but the other order didn't track and i had to submit missing cashback claim.
