Me neither.The terms says within four weeks after promotion ends for points to be credited which was 6/10, so technically still a little wait to go.
Checked the dates and the calendar and yes, these points are technically overdue now. They need to do better at these offers if they are going to continue with this sort of thing.

Same here, I made the online target transaction on 4 Oct and still waiting. I called FB today and they advised it will be raised with their support team!
FB needs to honour these offers without us having to contact them everytime.
Called them up and they just processed the 4000 bonus points for me, just provided them with my Target order number.

My points are overdue. I agree, sick of contacting FlyBuys chasing up points. They need to streamline the system. And make it easier to track what offers you have used. Currently they owe me 10000 points over 5 different offers. Fortunately, I have a record of them. But the onus should not be on us to do this for them.
Agree, you shouldn't have to chase up what should be an automated process. Flybuys normally seems to work pretty well overall, but these offers where points are allocated many weeks later really seem to fall off the rails.
Obviously many people don't track these things and are getting screwed .
