    What could go wrong?

      No premium water offered.

    • What could go wrong?

That we run out of drinks before midnight

Price includes flights for 2 to Sydney?

its a deal if it includes flights and accommodation :D

    • Nope.
      Only for DJ.

  • People seem to underestimate how expensive it is to be in Sydney on new years. Can easily cost $100+ just for entry to most places in view of the harbour, actually quite a good deal.

      Lol. WRONG!

I hate Nye fireworks but love boat cruises around the harbour.

What will the DJ be playing?

Will I want to jump overboard?

Also is it the star like boat that hosted agwa cruise or is the little boat where people have dance parties?

Seems like a good deal still. Better to be stuck on a boat than underground at town hall station till late.

I had a similar cruise trip to the harbour during the light show time ealier this year. It was during the last week of the show so it was not crowded as the beginning days.
The trip was about 3 hours - round trip doing under the bridge then go close to the Opera house then come back. There are lots of operators to chose from. Boats were close to each other and each boat can only stay at the best position for a short while since there are so many of them.
Can't remember the company name but they supply all you can eat foods and 1 free drink. You would not expect food and drink on a boat that prepared for a crowd as good as that of proper restaurants but still acceptable.
The price was $59 per person. I guess the access to the harbour might be really expensive during the NYE night.

  • Just looking at the vessel (first few seconds of the video) …. Not a lot of outdoor standing area relative to the overall size. No one wants to watch fireworks through tinted glass!

You can bet they'd be filling the boat to its legal capacity.

  • How much does it cost to take your own boat for Nye?

Are you allowed or they can't even issue a permit for it cause of safety?

Does that pirate restaurant /party hire boat have a new years thing?

Considering I think I have pay a thousand dollars to North Sydney council, if I even come close to where some fireworks may be.
This deal is better than blues Point

  • So it's an open bar? What are 'premium beverages'?
