There are no prices on your web-site - just an invitation to enquire about prices. Furthermore, $100 off is per booking and not per person (e.g. only $50 off or less per person). Since there are no prices, it's not clear at all whether there is any bargain.
So, to me it looks like and ad. Internet and media are flooded with these kind of ads.

    • This is basically just spam.

      • Agreed. Spam it is.

  • Holy crap… those are some expensive packages.
$100 is barely over 5% off the example package.
Going by the number of mates I have who've done week-long trips to Queenstown, Christchurch etc for under a grand it's pretty hard to see how this is a good deal?

    • It's only 3% p/p discount if 2 people book and even less if more people book, as $100 is discount per booking and not per person. And it seems that their prices are too high anyway.

  • yummmm, spam.

  • Hi,

No problem with the negative comments, we'd prefer to hear the negative then positive.

The deals do include the benefit of packaging all in one and with the resort credit of $500. If you do have some time and have a look at the inclusions id love to hear some direct feed back to pass onto my manager.

@bob19 - The link was pushed to a description page about the coupon, might just change it back to the front page.

    • we'd prefer to hear the negative then positive?? nuff said lol.

      • Negative comments usually consist of more constructive critique then positive.

        • Not to sound snobby but it's than, not then.

You said you like constructive critique ;)

Edit: Unless you like to hear negative feedback FIRST… thennn positive feedback :)

        • True, my inability to type is a whole other story :) (But yes i agree it's than) :-)

I got 7 days car hire for AU$520 for a Ford Territory. $620 with roof racks. That fits 1-5 ppl.

Accom should be no more than AU$500 per person for a good place in Qtown.

Return airfares can be had for $400-500. I'm going Christchurch at $207.

I don't like "credit" and "vouchers". It's like Itchy & Scratchy money, you know fun.

    So 2 ppl per person would be. $260 + $500 + $500 = $1260.

$1590 - $50 = $1540. I wouldn't classify as a bargain myself but others may benefit from having everything booked in one go. Maybe the Hilton makes it a bit better (but not to me). And I hate included breakfast as I like to try all the local spots.

Also maybe that $500 credit is worth the equivalent in cash, I haven't bothered reading t&c's and tbh I'm not going to.

    just my 2 cents.

    • Thanks for the feed back I've passed your post onto those who do the prices. Also the initial reaction of the original replies.

Return airfare SYD to Queenstown can be bought now for $300. 2 days ago had an e-mail from Virgin and Air NZ.
      $1590 package deal - $300 airfare - $50 discount = $1240.
$1240 per person for 7 nights accommodation in Queenstown even with $250 per person cash credit for food, etc. is really expensive.

      • The cost is really associated with the Hilton that's where the main cost sits in the package being that its a 5 star hotel and the room is a Deluxe Room. Initially we are obviously using only 2 hotels but that will expand to cheaper deals also as time goes on and the site expands.

But thank you for pointing that out, this is all going back to those who are above me in how we are displaying the deals on our site etc.

  • I don't think it's a bargain but the rep had been very responsive, so I would not neg this. Do you have the shorter stay package, like 3-5 days?

    • The site is in it's initial launch phase, literally 2 days.

3 and 5 night stays are in the works but unfortunately not quite here yet, and with the initial reactions here I've lit a fire underneath the product department in making sure its where it should be for a discount when those deals do get launched.

If you have something you'd like to see there let me know and i can make a note of it.

  • hate to waste time to look

    • No problem I'll make sure i post the full site details on here next time.
