The cheapest standalone version of this I have seen was $22:

From what I know, the main differences between the DLC and the disc is that the DLC requires RDR, and can be launched from the main RDR game. The disc can be played standalone, but cannot be launched from the main RDR game.

      Slim, seeing as the retail copy of Undead Nightmare already contains all the DLC. Releasing a GOTY version of RDR with all the DLC would just make the UN retail game obsolete.
