    I just accidentally requested a cancelation to the order I have made today but I informed the seller I want to proceed with the order and they agreed (they will just ignore the cancelation request I misclicked).

    I just realised I ordered something which was in USD and they converted to AUD at $30.03 excl GST but then I paid using 28 Degrees in USD. Will this still be eligible?

    28 degrees says $30.04 charged to my CC so hopefully yes.

      The purchase amount based on eBay's currency conversion process, not necessarily what your financial institution charges as will vary from institution to institution. In this scenario with eBay's currency conversion, there is a potential for the reported purchase amount to fall below $30.

It was purchased on the 10th and I double checked everything was valid and used the both Shopback and Ebay apps. Where's the rest of my $60 bonus?

        You might want to make it clear in the OP, because usually eBay promo codes are treated as a payment source, so if you say spent amount xyz, most people would think that is the amount before ebay promotion discount, excluding GST, shipping cost and any other fees.

    I purchased two items from TGG in a single transaction but for one of them I chose to click and collect as the other item was not available for click and collect. As a result, it recorded as two transactions on paypal but together on ebay. Will this be fine or will I run into issues later down the track?

      I am also curious about this as I did the same thing. My confirmation email from shopback seems to have recorded it as a single transaction, which is a good sign.

        yes probably that is the standard cashback, and the bonus $60 will be added a bit later.
        just think of standard ones are automated process so they are faster. the bonus is special one off event now and then so need some manual work from their side. maybe.

          Strange, also the website says it was tracked on 09/10 which is incorrect, I definitely purchased it midday yesterday on 10/10. My tracking email says 10/10 which is correct.
