Any idea how the microphone is on these? I've been looking for a set to replace my normal Bluetooth headset, but I've found that all of the headphone type seem to suck - apple people with airpods seem to work OK, but I'm looking for Android…

    • No idea on these but my Bose Freedom were excellent in sound quality and mic, only problem they had were a small studio delay in YouTube video. Quite a price jump though.

  • isnt there an airdots pro 2 out as well

    • These are the Airdots Pro 2 but the official name given by Xiaomi and how it shows as a Bluetooth device in Android is "Mi Air 2".

  • Kinda disappointing that the design went in this direction. They've basically become an apple airpods clone.

I was waiting for the black version to come out for airdots pro, but it never came out so I ended up grabbing something else that is black and similar.

    • In terms of design the Airdots Pro weren't that far off being an Airpods clone either. Xiaomi have intended these to be a cheaper alternative to Aipods anyway.

      • So they basically copied both name (Airpods vs Airdots) and design from Apple.

        • These are actually called the Mi Air 2 so no copying on the name there 😉

  • After reading the reviews on the product page, a lot of them mention people buying 1 or 2 units to use in both ears. Can you confirm if I buy this, it will come with 1 earbud, or 2 earbuds? And is charging case included?

    • Comes with 2 earbuds and a case.

  • Bought it last week, a bit easy come off just when I do normal walking.

  • has anyone received this? i bought on 10/Oct wand paid for express delivery 1-2 days. no replies to my emails in the subsequent days. i was able to call through today and the customer service rep i spoke to said this item is on pre sales and they will let me know when it becomes available. this despite it not mentioned so when i bought it, and even on their website now the BUY NOW button is available. so they are basically happy to take your money without any indication as to when the goods could be delivered. i've requested an immediate refund

    • I'm curious where the 1-2 express came from because I've never seen that. Especially considering this is a Chinese store.

Happy to get that refund processed quicker if you can provide an order number.

  • Hi Clear,
the "Australia Priority Line" read 1-2 business days when i purchased it. i assumed there was some warehouse channel in australia that could meet local deliveries.
however the point also is that it's been 10 days after payment was taken and there was no indication that this order could be met, yet geekbuying was happy to let the customer wait without any communication
either way, yes please organise a refund asap. i will PM you my order number
    thanks

    • I've gone through the checkout process and can't see it saying that. I do see a 3-5 business days and the note that says it excludes processing time.

"Australia Direct Line" perhaps is misleading and should be changed to Priority Line or Express instead. I'll get that changed.

      Thanks.
