Good thing this is out of stock. This is not a knife sharpener but a re-profiler. With proper sharpening, knives should last decades, but look at the amount of shavings the Kleva took off the knives in the video!
Is there somewhere you can take knives to get them sharpened that isn't going to cost more then replacing them…? What do chefs do?
there is a van that does them outside my local butcher, comes once a week. says on the side of the truck 50c a cm

They use a sharpening stone. Not one of these.
Did anyone ever get Cutco knives and use their forever sharpening service? Years ago I bought a second hand cooks knife on ebay and had it resharpened through them and thought I was on to the best thing in the world. Doesn't look like that is a thing any more, unless anyone else knows any better.
Ah damn missed out
I found my old throwing knives and they don't really work as intended at the moment..
I bought one years ago , I use it when my blades lose their edge , it is not as good a whet stone , but dies a decent enough job for a few $$
Can this help sharpen my senses?
