      It won't look as good, IMO. It's a metal rack with plastic connectors, covered by a polyester outer shroud with roll-up front access.

      The polyester outers shown in the images are all graphics, not photos of the actual thing. Infer from this what you will.

      Also the flat sections your shoes rest on seem to be some sort of fabric. Not sure how this can be kept clean.

        Minor correction. The shoes are shopped in, but the polyester outer is done in MS Paint.

          Wish my MS Paint skills were that good. They've even got the leftover hot dogs in the side pockets, what a great concept! Can't be stuffed getting up and going to the fridge? Fear not! Just reach out and grab a hot dog from your new shoe rack.

      Tall furniture should always be 'leaning into' the wall, and secured somehow at the top. I use those interlocking 3M picture hanging strips.
