My top juice purchase was never tracked with shopback even when using their own app to make the purchase.

That is because you activate others or click other things. You need to follow the instructions mate. The only thing you can do is report missing purchase
My purchase didn't track either. I raised a missing cashback ticket and the purchase tracked in 2 days.
mine worked but took like 3 days, i got .34 in the next day and then couple days later the 4.61

Will the cash back work if u order it online via shopback but pay in store when u pick up? Or do u have to pay online?

Well, someone cracked a deal with big boy of pizza ! I can tell you unless a big Cash back is missing it not worth the process . Only people not missing cash backs is those that don’t monitor it

Order 1 at a time ( get $1 back a pizza) and save using a coupon from like from $7-8 to $6-7 .
You can really punish yourself with the $4 value range on a bad day .
