  $100 for a flood sensor is not a deal, I would go aqara flood sensor

  I'd recommend getting Aqara.
  Much cheaper and works with Homekit. Just have to factor in the cost of the hub but then you get a whole world of cheap door and window sensors, temperature sensors etc.
