    Cheap ultrasonic pads will not last.

    Expensive (~$150) ultrasonic pads only last about 6 months.

    The reason they don't last is it's a small pad about the size of a 50 cent coin that is vibrating tens of thousands of times per second.

    If you just want a humidifier evaporative coolers humidify spaces albeit slower.

  Just letting you know guys, 500ml isn't a particularly large capacity and will run out in a few hours if being used for the humidifier function (I have a 700ml capacity humidifier and thats just enough to last overnight)
