  • Anyone have feedback about the hotel card vs hotels.com or similar?

    • +1

These hotel card sound like scam one as it makes you go through all hoop and hurdle to pay for exorbitant rates through their own website, better stay clear and go through other booking sites or ring the place to price match and pay with your hard cold cash. The fact that they require you to have a card number to enter the site is enough to raise alarm bells. If rates are that great they wouldn't want to hide it. Even 3 year expiry seems short (or you can bet they won't go into administration during that time).

      • Looks like the cards last five years, not three, and I do have some limited access to the hotels I can book through the card, without actually having a card. Just not sure if it's worth it, price wise.

Do we know if we can stack these with First table? I saw the Meat and Wine Co one which looked quite good.

    • No idea but keen to know if Restaurant Choice does indeed stack as I use this for Meat and Wine Co whenever it comes on sale.

Saying that, I'd say this is cheapest the gift card has ever been for sale.

  • Anyone know if Club Dendy prices can be used with the Movie Card?

Don’t see why you can’t. It’s just a method of payment

Pretty confident i've done it before. Basically you should be able to take advantage of any specials going at the participating cinemas because the Movie Card just presents as an eftpos payment card. The cinema doesn't know or care what you paid for the movie card itself.
