    Thanks got one for $360.05 from OW in Melb. Also I was told this is the standard price at Studio Proper so I guess you can price match later on

    Got one pair from TTG for $365 after showing the $360.05 OW receipt, mentioning other JB and TTG stores had sold them for $360 and some bargaining (as the other retailers don’t have much stock, if any). Good luck!

    Update: went to TGG got it price matched with the $372 receipt. I cbf going around again so settled with 372 which is not bad in my opinion. They didn't even ask me any questions, just showed them the receipt.

      $372 is not bad at all. I had the same bad luck with jb this morning, they said they don’t do price match over receipt even it’s the receipt from their other store.

          Give it a shot, won’t hurt. Mine is on backorder but I paid for the item in full. They said it should be here in a week as other stores had stock. I wasn’t too bothered by the backorder as if I get it cheaper elsewhere I can always cancel and get a refund.

    Went into OW this morning to try the price beat - sales guy was happy to do so and said the stock should arrive in 2 days from their warehouse. Went to pay at the register and they couldn't order it. Zero stock at their warehouse and they don't know when they will get more. So close!

            @eltito: Got it for $360 exactly (so basically the OW price beat of studioproper price). I did see the $350 receipt which is awesome, but I figured I wouldn't have much luck with that over the phone - can't show a receipt. I will be getting my GST back thru TRS also so not too shabby a price for a newly released product.

                @73sam: You can definitely bring the goods back into Australia. If what you are claiming via TRS is over your allowed limit however (from memory this was $900), then you may need to pay GST back again when you arrive…if you declare it. Since the AirPods Pro are nowhere near $900, this should be no problem. Check out gov.au/entering-and-leaving-australia/tourist-refund-scheme/for-travellers for more details on TRS.

    Picked one up for $320 from Harvey Norman’s, got them to price match with MegaBuy (who don’t have stock yet).

    Probably got really lucky, but my mate did it after me also. They said they would crack down on it soon after.

        I went instore. Being new item, staff were kinda unsure but I said it was listed online. Was happy to preorder and wait. They checked studio proper and were happy to pricebeat.picked up just now too

    OfficeWorks price beat worked for me too. I phoned them up and had a long wait on hold until I got assigned a rep. He asked for a bunch of details, confirmed that OW had it in stock, checked the Studio Proper price himself, and then gave me the $360.05 price. I had to provide card details via the keypad. I received an email shortly after saying that the order was under review. A couple of hours after that I got the order confirmation.

    Picking it up tomorrow from my local store.

    I Just picked mine up at StudioProper. I had them in my cart for around 5 days waiting for Office Works to get them in stock to get my price match + 5% discount. StudioProper sent me an email to get an additional 10% off $379. In the end I paid $341.10.

        Unfortunately they have no ETA. I emailed them yesterday morning to ask if they had any ETA as the 5-7 week had not changed. I received a reply stating that the info they received from Apple was ‘late dec’ but apparently their distributor said it could be even further delayed :(

    Got mine for $350 at TGG. First called up the nearest store and the guy told me that they only price match to Studioproper and not less but don't have it in stock. Called the second nearest and they had +10 in stock and the lady told me that she is happy to price match with OW at $360. When went there to pay and get the AirPods, showed her the receipt below that was uploaded earlier and got it for the same price. Thanks OP

        At first I phoned and got confirmation from the person on the other end from the manager that that's fine. Then I went in store, enquired about the availability, luckily there are some in the warehouse nearby. Told them about studioproper and how much they're charging for it. The employee looked it up just to verify, matched it and charged me $360.05. I can expect for it to arrive in store for me to pick it up around early December

    I went to TGG today and asked for best price, the guy offered it for $355. It’s $5 more than what has been posted earlier but I took it anyway. Used $200 GC from mobile broadband deal so worked out pretty well for me.
