    Just tried WW online for first time today. Was pretty happy with the service except for the fact that the fresh prepacked chopped produce was not very fresh and close to useby date. This makes me annoyed because now I have to either go into store to get a refund and then rebuy the item again once instore. Has anyone else had this experience? It is not making me want to buy with them again after this first trial run.

      You don't need to go in store to get a refund. You can do it online. I'm not in front of the computer so I can't find the actual link but if you google Woolworths customer complaint or something, it will redirect you to the correct link. Make sure you're logged in. The process is straightforward.

      Yeah, it happens. I just had steaks that expired the next day.
      The Olive chat bot (accessed from Account → My Invoices) isn't too bad for automated refunds, you just say why & select the item(s) from your order.
