      Description Banner Mentions:

Official Partner: Official Australian stock & comes with an additional manufacturer warranty.

  • If u like to communicate with kogan about warranty or any after sale servo in email and wait one week after they will reply u. Just buy it

I have had same experience with warranty claim
It was the first batch with green hue. Had to wait few before agreeing to it for repair just within two month.
The item got delivered but kogan never acknowledged it.
Had to settle with paypal at the end.
Worst customer service and warranty claim.
      Please avoid.
This is not worth for 20 dollors less.
Jb or amazon are better buy in my experience.

      I agree, same experience.

      Slow, but, works.

About 1 week between replies, but each reply was informative and replaced my blackberry key1 (keyboard issue) without argument.

      Just, took a month.

  • Dirty but I like it

  • Great hardware, very poor software skin. If notifications are important to you then reconsider

    • Elaborate please

      • Huawei is very aggressive with battery management, it kills background apps to preserve battery. I have had issues where I was missing WhatsApp calls on P20 pro. I think Huawei should have a different skin for the global audience which is more vanilla.

The camera can be a hit and a miss. Great camera, but does it did weird things.

        • Been on Samsung since Note 4 before I moved to Huawei with P20 Pro. I actually liked EMUI better than Samsung outside of the aggressive battery management which can be tweaked anyway.

best phone ive owned this year and ive had a pixel 3, 3xl, Oneplus 7, iPhone XR. LG G7 Thinq. Its a stunning package.

    • +1

Seriously? How come better than OnePlus 7 and pixel 3xl

      • +1

I found it to have equal or better build quality (subjective), more versatile camera array and solid main sensor, brilliant supercharge speeds which changed the way I charged, plus faster wireless charging and reverse wireless charging. Yes the UI is not for everyone but it has some smarts and is more that usable let alone with another launcher on there. I'd say the OP7 Pro would better it but it still seems quite expensive.

  • It says 5G capable? Will this work with 5G in oz?

    • Good pick up, but surely not…

    • Ummm.. you might not want to get the 5G version as that was after the ban. Hence it probably doesn't have Android.

      • Has android as that's open source. No Google apps though.

  • Did anyone else get the 10% off Huawei phones email code from Kogan? Would bring it down to $611. Can't say I'm tempted however.

    • Mine expired on Nov 1 tho

      • Ah, mines valid until 9am Nov 8. I would've thought they would've all expired at the same time.

  • 5% off JB GC could make it cheaper. No 10% off for me from Kogan.

    • where is the 5% off gift cards mate?

If anyone feels like posting it, I just saw mobileciti update their ebay store price to $699 as well and it works with promo code PLENTY100 for $50 off.
