As stated, these are usually $220, and the other alternative are the Nike Romaleos 3XD at $270. These are both gym shoes for squatting, with the Reeboks being more for wider feet/mobility impaired, whilst the Nikes are more narrow and just look better imo, but for $98 bucks and some paint i'm willing to make do :p
As for men vs women's sizing, women can wear the men's version although the heel will be looser than if you had just bought the women's version (the Nike Romaleos are gender neutral which is why they're so narrow for most guys)
