You’re only getting Cashback on the amount paid after the initial 40% discount.
For example take a $100 basket x 0.60 (40% off) = $60 paid x 0.75 (25% off) = $45 after Cashback. 100 - 45 = 55 which is the percentage discount.
This does not account for the fact you might not earn Cashback on the GST in some instances.

ShopBack has separate cashback rates for Bonds and Bonds Outlet so I'd say no. Outlet is currently 3%.

Hey TA, I could load my items into the cart no issues but when i tried to checkout (clicking on the shopping bag on top right) i can see the proceed to checkout button but it never finishes loading the cart so am unable to proceed.
Just trying it again now and am still coming across the issue, let me know if you need anything else.
Can you please try exactly the same thing on a mobile browser (Safari/Chrome etc). Go to CR, log in, click out to Bonds load cart, check out. Let me know if this works. Also, let me know what device you're using, and if you're on v1.4.5 of the CR app. Thanks heaps!

Samsung S9 is the device being used and yup am on v1.4.5 of CR app
