  • am i reading this right, it's for new users of the Macca's app only?

    • +3

agree, it's vague, and it also reads like the discount is off your second purchase. Will create a new account to be sure.

also in the T&C: There is a limited number of Vouchers available. The Vouchers will distributed on a first-in, first-served basis until the stock of the Vouchers is exhausted or the Offer Period ends, whichever is first.

It is funny though, it has the term fine dining with a elaborate table for this mcdonalds promotion 😂

    • Couldn't see anything mentioned "new users"?

  • Needs to update tittle, have to spend with that card first to get the code

  • +1

    Free small mcfeast meal

  • -3

    wow a whole 5 dollars !!

  • +4

I love that it's filed under 'Fine Dining' on the Citi site!

My Citibank FFFL OzB special keeps on giving.

  • So it’s automatic enrolment? I keep reading the instructions and it seems all I need to do is just spend using my Citibank visa in the Maccas app.

    • +1

      Yea I think so
Really good timing to have this offer given that there are lots of $1 deals this month in mymacca app
So spending $1 you have another $5 voucher to spend

Citibank knows its customers. This is categorized as “Fine Dining” on the website.

    • It is a "restaurant" after all lol

  • is it targeted? i think so as i added a citibank visa card to the app and ordered on the week end never got $5 credit yet on app. added another banks visa credit card to another phone account at the same time and already got $5 credit. is it just for citibank credit cards or debit cards ok too? or is promo for any visa card?

  • +1

Wifey got it after spending $1 on her Visa card. I tried on another Visa card but I didn't get any offer so far. Might be targeted. Both are not Citi CC.

  • This isn't exclusive to citi visa. I got it for another visa card

  • I got the offer from Visa perks emailed to me says nothing about Citibank specifically. No way to sign up for it directly though. Very vague offer.

  • Followed instruction to making purchase by visa card but no rewards voucher as yet (to be delivered).

  • i think the visa /maccas terms and Conditions say that you need to spend minimum $5 and that you cant use it with another offer. i ve tried it on a few accounts and only did 30 day my maccas offer purchases under $5 and only 1 account got the $5 reward a few days later but none of the other family accounts got it. maybe it was because they had a amex card already added to the app and added a visa afterwards to make a $1 my maccas purchase im not sure? perhaps its best to make a new account and add a visa card and make a minimum $5 plus purchase that isnt an offer via the app?

  • Was going to do this tonight, however the page seems to have been taken down from the Citi site. Guess it's over
