Kitbag have free worldwide delivery until the end of July 2011. I ordered kids skins A400 1/2 tights - 2 pairs delivered for under $100. These sell in Rebel Sport for $70 each - so I saved $40. Probably depends on what you buy if it's worth your while.

It depends, if they normally offer free shipping often for totals over 100 pound then free shipping for orders over 40pound is a bargain.

I am a regular customer of Kitbag and they have free world wide shipping regularly. Hardly anything special but thanks anyway for the heads up. Please note that things from the outlet department (ie: On Sale items) don't add up to the £40 required to qualify for free delivery.
