  So what's the difference between you and the CoreLogic/Pricefinder based calculators besides the fluff up there?

    Thanks for the question! The single largest difference is HomeOn calculator enables users to work with the AI – to improve the estimate with their own knowledge of the property in a simple and intuitive way – allowing users to easily enter or alter the home facts or property features that the AI is not so sure about.

      Don't forget the data aren't all that fresh, there's a bit of a lag between contracts being exchanged, the property being settled and data obtained from LPI. Plus when I had access to PriceFinder some years ago, you can manipulate the estimate by choosing who do you want your property to be grouped/benchmarked with.

    Did you check and update the property features accordingly? For example, you might need to select the "recent built" or "impressive decor" button if that is what the property is offering… This would allow the AI to compensate the existing data model, meaning you can get the price estimate a little closer to the reality.

    Are you searching for an apartment address? Or a house address outside of the greater Sydney region?
    In this very first release we only support house addresses in the greater Sydney region. And for the addresses we do support, we check it against the Geocoded National Address File (G-NAF) to verify the address is correct, if your address is neither belong to an unsupported property class (apartment, unit, townhouse, land or commercial properties), nor outside of the greater Sydney region, please email [email protected] and we’ll make an addition to the system as long as its valid.

  Wouldn't surprise me if this site passes searched address to local real estate agents of said searches to come around door knocking a week later.
