What is Kombucha?
Considered a healthy alternative to soft drink, Wikipedia defines it as a fermented, slightly alcoholic, lightly effervescent, sweetened black or green tea drink commonly intended as a functional beverage for its supposed health benefits. Juice, spices, or other flavourings are often added to enhance the taste of the beverage.
It tastes great, has a low sugar content, and aids digestion.
