    Sadly I signed up to the newsletter this morning also registered an account but no email even checked my junk folder. If anybody else has had any luck receiving this after joining today let me know I will start using some burner email address to try get one as I LOVE the prices they have on their HUE gear at the moment.

        I finally got my credit this morning after a number of attempts to contact CS.

        No response from website CS message.
        No response from Twitter @
        No response from an initial facebook comment on an existing thread on The Good Guys facebook page

        I finally got a response yesterday by making a negative comment on a new facebook post on The Good Guys page and then providing my docket details via Messenger. Got a reply back from CS via Messenger this morning blaming the initial lack of store credit on "a glitch in the system" and finally sending me my store credit.

    I didn't get the credit, no response to contact, so I reported to Fair Trading.

    Received it yesterday. They told FT it was due to a "clerical error" 🙄
