First post but seems good enough deal for AU stock, look mum I'm on the internet. But anyway came across this deal pretty good although it's Harvey Norman you can price match at Officeworks for a better price. Black and White available and looks to have stock a lot of places. I use them and find them great and easy to use with a Samsung device.

You can ring them to check, they can finish the validation over the phone. It took around 26 days for delivery after validation.

they're useless… i tried to call them, was on hold for 20 mins, and had an automated message saying "we're too busy, call later" and it hung up on me
I think that's because the promotion just ended yesterday and they received large quantity of claims in the last minute.
i tried to call them a week ago, and the same thing happened though.
i got 2 on the way from that promo, will unload them on gumtree for 150 each

Got these free with my samsung s10 5g and ditched my jabra elite active 65t in favour of these.
they are fantastic, sit in my ear comfortably, the case sits nicely in my pocket, and uses usb c/wireless to charge.
downside - i hate the touch buttons, and far prefer actual buttons.
all in all, fairly highly recommend these.

^ nailed it. just had both so I gave it a whirl. samsung buds edged the jabras for me. Recycled the jabras on.
Although jabra call quality was horrendous. the other person could never hear me.
I didn't know Samsung is better than Jabra… Though the 75t is coming soon…

They'll work with any phone running Android 5 or higher. I think you may need to download the Samsung Wearable app (to change tap features and update software). The only thing I can think of is you won't get fast pairing just by opening the lid for the first time (like AirPods), but that's not the end of the world.
Worth mentioning that these will give the best audio experience with devices that support 'samsung scalable codec' which seems like only comes with Samsung devices, as opposed to aptex codec which supported by most android devices.
they work much better on "most" galaxy handsets as they both share a bluetooth audio codec, without this they arent great at the pricepoint. similar to how well airpods work with apple but slightly less smooth but much better audio. mic is poor from all reports due to location.

I saw a YouTube video on these which demonstrated the voice call quality. The video made them sound poor.
We got a pair through redemption and actually found the call quality quite decent, however, you do get a fair bit of ambient noise through the microphone on them.

Yes it does seem like a better buy. The fucntionality is much better, e.g. volume control and google assistant function. I don't know if galaxy bud have that.

Same, Called up my local JB Hifi and asked if they would price match it, and they would.
These are better sound quality, waterproofing, longer battery life and cheaper.
Tempted to get but nothing wrong with my Taotronics. I'm sure the sound quality is better on the Samsung

Just compared it with Soundpeats truengine se my brother got for almost $100 from eBay, saying those buds has much better sound quality thanks to "dual dynamic drivers" and aptx codec. And these galaxy buds sounds much better even in my bro's pixel 2xl, than Soundpeats truengine. Highly recommend.

Its nothing to write home about! But they are way better then most i have tried.
They tend to have problem with taking background noises in the call, but i they still work.

I bough an ear buds from OW at cost $178 yesterday, i couldn't get that 5% as they already pull down the price to $178. I found BingLee offer 20% off on eBay last night and I went to OW this morning to ask for the price different and also the extra 5%. So the price down to $144.59 now :)
