    very unlikely to be confetti cut at that price… Zip is a cheap brand…

    edit: if you zoom on the image, it says "STRIP CUT SHREDDER"

  just purchased one. works well for me. Bin is small but the price is small too. Strip cut, back and forward auto on functions. Very happy with it.

    took me forever buy eventually ordered, just hope they dont charge me twice…
    i was using IE 8 so not sure if anyone else using ie8 will have any issues.
