I’ve just received an email from Citibank:

Simply shop for your everyday purchases with your card and spend $1500 between 1 December 2019 and 31 December 2019 to receive a $50 Digital Gift Card. Easy. T&C:

1. Promotion applies to Retail Purchases and excludes Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Refunds, Chargebacks and Special Promotions. Promotion is only available to customers who have clicked on the 'Activate Now' button in this email by 30 November 2019, received confirmation via the linked landing page and spent $1500 or more between 1 December 2019 and 31 December 2019 (Promotion Period). Please note if you have a Balance Transfer, you will be charged interest on any spend that you make.
   Your Citi Rewards Platinum Credit Card must remain open and in good standing for the Digital Gift Card to be awarded. If you are eligible, your $50 Digital Gift Card will be available for redemption within 10 weeks of the Promotion Period ending. Once redemption is completed, you will receive an email with your Digital Gift Card details within 15 minutes of the order confirmation. Once submitted, Digital Gift Card redemptions may not be cancelled or returned.
   For help using your Digital Gift Card, please contact the supplier whose details appear on the Digital Gift Card. If you have trouble downloading or receiving your Digital Gift Card, please email: [email protected] quoting your unique claim code.   I got similar offer in sept but yet to receive $50 gift card. Email did say it might take 10 weeks afterpromotion end so need to wait couple more weeks before i can start chasing them

    Sit tight - I was in the same boat when they offered me the $100 gift card in Feb this year. I finally got my gift card in the middle of May.
