Special Terms
Cashback is limited to one transaction in total per account within the offer period (28/11/19 - 02/12/19). Any subsequent transactions may track to your account but will be declined at a later date.

A minimum spend of $50 in a single transaction is required to be eligible for Cashback.

Ensure you 'Tap' or select 'Credit' at payment. Choosing 'Savings' or 'Cheque' will make the transaction ineligible for Cashback. Fuel Pay is ineligible for Cashback.

Offer is valid at 750+ participating Caltex store locations nationally. Outlet must be listed on Cashrewards (see below) to be eligible for Cashback.

      If you use Google Pay, the transaction will not record automatically. You will need to launch an appeal from Cashrewards if you don't mind the hassle.

    Mine didn't track which was a little annoying as I made sure to spend over $50. After reading about the hassle other people went through I think I'll just stick to online tracking.

      That's just their app. You can still pay for fuel in-store, interacting with a human and get the cashback.

    I did the math and found out using targeted flybuys discount + carsales discount + shopping docket + comparing fuel prices that I would save $2~5 more at Coles express. That doesn't include the shell mobile app discount they sometimes have either.

    In SA I've noticed all the Caltex servo's give you the Woolworths points as well as any fuel discount you may have which is great, as long as you don't get exactly $50 as I did last time as my tank was full, so I had to forego the extra discount otherwise it would have brought my total to under the qualifying $50.

    Once you've submitted a ticket through Cashrewards do they email confirmation? I ended up lodging it in the end but it was after a long day at the coal face and wasn't paying attention.

    Hi TA.I purchased back in the $10 period at end of October. No tracking, but have submitted a request on 9th November. Purchase was via Google Pay (tap) on phone with the Visa registered. Had 2x $5 track in November when using physical card. Any ideas why the request might take 3 weeks to action?

    I can't justify rewarding Caltex with this promo when they're consistently more expensive than their rivals. The nearest one to me right now is 8c more expensive than the next closest competitor
