Did anyone try 'Click n Collect'? I placed the order around 11:00 am and still haven't received the order confirmation. Called the store and they haven't received the order yet so I am now stuck. I can see the order number under the purchase history but the physical store can't locate the order and have told me that the online order is yet to be allocated to them. The whole collect within 1 hour is a joke!!
Yes I got the same problem. Worst still I forgot to add the second one to the cart, although the store says they will sort it out for me.

Yes. It took 2 hours before I got an email confirmation of order being received, and then another 2 hours till I got confirmation via SMS that the order was ready to be collected.
I stuffed up and didn't add the second one to the cart but the staff at the store were really helpful and sorted it out for me.
Whilst in the store while they were sorting out my order, there were having issues where orders couldn't be found in the system for other people. They said there were having issues all day and that there was huge time delay with orders showing up in their system.

The staff couldn't find my order in the system earlier when I called. Hopefully will get the email later in the evening. I am afraid that by the time the store receives the order, it may go out of stock. Fingers crossed!
