You can get it slightly cheaper (223) from Ausluck on eBay with a coupon as well. Free express postage too. Might be eBay plus only.

I got it for $217.55 from Officeworks as they priced matched and beat by 5%.

Why?
Look up how storage works on the Apple TV. It will keep filling up and up until it automatically (and hidden from the user) deletes apps (or parts of them). The apps will still appear to be installed, but when you go to launch them again it will (again hidden) re-download them. This might be fine if you’re on FTTP, but to me not worth the inconvenience and just pay the extra.
People claim “32gb is enough” because the thing is deleting stuff without their knowledge.
@PainToad: Thanks for the explanation. I don't use many apps. Basically the main streaming services (5 at the moment) plus a a few extras like ABC iView SBS Plus I'm on FTTC unlimited. So 32 GB should be plenty for my use Cheers :)
I Agree.
The the tvOS App Store is limited (compared to iOS) to how many apps you can get & you delete most of them since they are better used on your phone / iPad.
If you want every single moving Aerial screensaver at once & get a tonne of games, then maybe you want more storage.
(we have our screensavers set at update once a month, and tvOS automatically handles the storage so they take up limited space at any one time)
Can this run plex and play 4K content?
Yes
Best app for playing media content is Infuse. It’s a paid one but totally worth it. Almost similar to Kodi but for the Apple ecosystem.
Don't forget you get a free year of Apple TV+ with this.
Officeworks in Watergardens price matched this arvo for me on the 4k 64gb. No worries. So that puts at more than Apple's deal but the cash is off, not it the form of a gift card I'll struggle to use.
FYI, Apple store is offering $40 Gift Card for purchasing with them, at the moment.
