    Keto people can't eat 1/3 of all foods. Carbs, protein and fat make up every food source. What a sad existence just to avoid kcal counting.

    I'm keto for life. This is keto friendly provided you control your portion, don't have any more than 1 a day. This isn't "loaded" with carbs. Remember your total carb consumtpion in a day. This would be best consumed post workout.

  Woolies and Coles both have these on half price regularly. Good practice to check both sites on Wednesday for their half price specials, at least in the Pantry & Freezer categories.
