yeah and the higher min spends are very off putting to say the least, I think someone there must be getting kick backs from Amazon as ebay seems to be wanting to annoy their customers with this lack of detail and hunt for your bargain tactics.

so 7.5% up to $500 then 10% off, until over $1000 then reduced again
So for most get your spend to $500 or slightly above for 10% or same with 1k .
Simple ?
No mention of spend $499 for 3 % lol . Normally guys like you do :)

What about this?
From 3 to 7 December, we are fully funding an onsite promotion for eBay Plus listings that meet our evolving criteria. It will include a discount of 15% off for eBay Plus members and 10% off for non-members

Im holding off on purchasing a bunch of stuff based on this promotion eventuating
I don't like that word criteria. Its probably gonna be one of those eligible site wide sales again. Hopefully most items work
I presume it means any item that has the Ebay Plus logo on it. Maybe.?

Checked with eBay. It's for sellers that have an eBay plus badge, not just any eBay plus item.
@RetroMetro: No I don't. Haven't even been able to find a seller that has an eBay plus badge!

If ebay added a search tick box option for 'eligible items' sales, I think alot of bargain hunters would be a hell of a lot happier about 'eligible item' sales.
(I'm going to keep re-posting this comment on every 'eligible items' sale til ebay takes the hint)

LOL. Give up. ebay used to (maybe still does) have a forum/community section, where users would help each other out, work to close down dishonest auctions, give ebay feedback about their changes. ebay consistently ignored them although their predictions were proven right over and over again.

Amazon deals keep getting better and ebay's keep getting shittier, hope they one day realize how much better their competition is.

When will Ebay get the hint that they need to create a search link for products included in the promo or people will just give up & forget about their promos (or go to Amazon).
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-Asus-PRIME-X570-P-CSM-AMD-AM...
Asus PRIME X570-P $250+delivery, $235 for ebay plus members with PLAY100, only 8 units left
For those of us who missed the Black Friday sale that only had 16 units.
Do anyone know how to search for items eligible for this code? I need $6 item to reach $500 cart.
Thanks
Waiting for the $200 cashback on $2000 Mr Ebay… don't be a tightarse
when did ebay start the game hide and seek??
