Threadless have flat rate international shipping at the moment: US$6, when you spend US$60 or more.

Extra information copied from anthony's post that came 7 minutes after this one :

To get $6 shipping you need to spend a minimum of $60 which is 3 tees

Once you have made the minimum $60 and go through the checkout the shipping will be reduced to $6 automatically

On step 2 of your order (Billing information) you can enter the coupon code affiliate1107 which will get you 25% discount.
If you are spending the minimum $60 for cheaper shipping this works out to be a $15 discount
You can sill use this coupon even if you do not spend $60, the minimum spend for the coupon is $25
This coupon does not discount the shipping cost, only the cost of the tees you purchase
