              @sawdustfarmer: You shouldn't be selling this fan for more than $149, I mean I'm not saying it's not worth it, but it is no different than the non-battery versions. Battery is the only difference. All versions are compatible with the Mijia app. I paid $140 for the 2S just over a month ago with a coupon. Now the non-sale price is $181 on Banggood. Might as well order it from Kogan for $149 and you'll be receiving it from Australia without waiting 6-10 days.

                @koalafied: Kogan is dropshipping these so don't know how long delivery would actually take, but agree for $149 probably better off in case of warranty issues.

            @ABZ300: Indeed. Everything else is pure marketing, just like 95% of Xiaomi products on Banggood and Aliexpress. Most sellers are deceptive with the description so you need to do research when buying Xiaomi/Xiaomi Ecosystem products.

          when i got the xaoimi air filters, they were round so didnt look any different to an au plug

          Yep, the only difference is AU plugs have a insulation coating around the pins so you cant get zapped if the plug is half out and you put a knife down the gap
