Beware, this seller will probably not ship for at least 10 days from purchase :)

      You are right.

Yeah, it's been 2 weeks, still waiting for my gpu. I am pissed.

I am living close to Sunnybank Brisbane, so I have the chance to attend their store a couple of times on a daily basis. It is very small PC store, nowhere close to a normal branch of Mwave, PCCG, Scorptec or Umart. So I was just wondering during the Black Friady week that how they could stock so many 5700 xt gaming x and how they could afford the price of just around 600 bucks - they definitely got from their supplier at a higher price because they are a very small store. Now after reading a couple of stories of them not shipping weeks after payment I realise that they got your money first and then order from the supplier. This is NOT acceptable and should be a shame for them.

        • that's horrible.. any source confirming this?

          • @mochariffic: There's a forum I put up with many many more stories just like this.

        • take the money before purchasing the goods?

        • I'm currently talking to Paypal.

Probably better off just buying the Inno3D one for 655

They will also block you if you say anything bad about them to ebay

Oh heavens no. What ever would you do? (dramatic pose)
Edit: In case it's unclear, I'm taking a jab at FTC here, because you'd just sign up another account if you ever actually wanted to buy something (unlikely though if you've been burnt by them)

      • Its all good, guess they dont need that extra business, they price jack enough to make enough money to cover it ;)

Surprised to hear a lot of people having issues with postage from FTC. Just thought i'd share my positive experience. I purchased a Gigabyte 2080 super on 2nd December and it arrived 4 days later on the 6th delivered to country NSW. Maybe I just got lucky? Trying to deal with gigabyte for their SSD redemption offer for the card though, that's another story.

    • I would say due to the 2080 not being as popular they had dead stock there ready to go for your order.

Do NOT buy from FTC computers. I ordered an MSI Gaming X Trio 2080 ti. It arrived 2 weeks late and when it did arrived, I opened the package to find an MSI Gaming X Trio 2080 super! Absolute idiots. I am furious, have put a claim through both eBay and Paypal. At this stage I just want my money back, will never deal with FTC again.

    • Sorry to hear that. I happen to have an asian friend who can speak Cantonese. When he talked to those HK guys at FTC, he realised that they were never honest on their offerings - for example, their PC building fee is never the same from one customer to another; also they were very prone to selling a product at a much higher price than what it should be to customers who did not have enough knowledge regarding PC hardware, like selling a 860 QVO 1TB for 300 bucks or so. He noticed their customers were sometimes quite aged Cantonese immigrants who could not speak English well so they had to stick to their store. Totally terrible and the only suggestion would be avoiding them.

  • Seems like they dropped the price on this, making this now $623.20

    • Yeah they dropped the price again. Its $599.20 delivered.

I didn't even receive it yet!

Anyway I will be returning it and repurchasing at the $599.20 price.

Will see how good is the eBay Plus returning process.

  • Most likely getting a refund from ebay or Paypal, nearly going on 3 weeks waiting for my RTX 2080ti, actually a pathetic company

  • Ordered a Gigabyte 2070s Gaming OC from them late Monday arvo and it was delivered earlier today by TNT. No issues on my end but suspect I've been lucky based on this thread.
