Maybe upcoming deals that seem too good to be true should not be published until mods can confirm they are legitimate? Not sure how it would work on their end but this is ridiculous, 159 votes on a price better than the price error from the same store only a few days ago.
Someone in the comments already mentioned that there is signage going up in GG stores stating that this is a price error. Can we have the mods close this? This is BS on GG's part, and they don't deserve the kudos from the Ozbargain community.

Its a non dock nintendo switch and great for kids to replace a gameboy style set up, as it is smaller for smaller hands. While i agree its not worth the crazy $329 rrp. I feel a fairer price would be something like $249, with the odd sale of $279 inc digital download of current new release.

Why not? Any publicity is good publicity and they all are indemnified under Pricing Error Act.
I wouldn't call having a pile of pissed off potential customers good publicity if it's another pricing error.
True but how many of us who complain about the price error continue to buy from them? They won't care as long as people are still spending money. After the backlash and supposed ACCC complaints of the Xbox One X pricing error, they are still operating as normal.
I was one of those people and I personally haven't bought anything since then, mostly because I haven't had the need to but if their price was the lowest and couldn't price match anywhere I would have given them my money.

Don't use 'error' or 'misprint'. Anyone with 3/4 of an inch of brain, knows that this was deliberate and tgg should be called out and fined.
I went in to the Hectorville store today to purchase something else.
Noticed the price for $219.
Asked two people if this was correct.
The guy serving me said it was for the boxing day sales so that is why it isn't in the system.
Grabbed one for my brother (I already have 2 normal switches) and was charged $219

They were putting the tags up early and said since it was on the shelf they had to honour it.
Having seen what happened with the previous mistake, it's why I asked 2 different sales reps.
They had to manually adjust it but were happy to honour it.

Guys, just picked this deal up at the O'Connor store in WA, it's legit. They had it advertised as $219 on the shelf (I have a photo). When she scanned it if came up as $299 but they honoured the shelf price of $219!
Surely someone from gg can confirm or not…
