I can't see cheaper Amazon prices for the DR900?
Was talking about the 750s specifically. Still leaning towards it over the 900 but appreciate it being the shinier model many would be interested in - haven’t looked around for 900 much tbh
Apparently it includes PMP until 31 Dec. I read that from a Autobarn rep posting on a forum a few weeks ago. Im thinking of going the Thinkware 1000 though now, looks great.
I just rang the local store. They said it did not include the PmP but they would chuck one in.
The PMP was bundled with my purchase.
Grabbed the 900 2ch 64GB with PMP for $659
personally i bought DR900s 2ch which is much better than 750.
The only diff between the 750 and the 900 is the 4K
You are paying a premium for a 4K lens which only some people will want.
Yes, higher resolution = more detail = equal clarity on vital things such as number plates.
There are a tonne of YouTube videos comparing the two, the extra clarity from the 900S over the 750S is plain as day. You would hope so too, as you're paying more.The areas the 750S has over the 900S is that it's 60fps vs 30fps, and 1080P on the same size sensor allows more light per pixel to help at night, although the clarity on number plates etc is still better for the 900S.
From personal experience viewing number plates is more than fine on the 750
@jimbobaus: If you look at the cctv world (and im not talking auto numberplate reader artform) 1080p is way better for night. So do you want to drive in the night or day :P

Can an Autobarn rep confirm if this includes the PMP?
Was told it does by the manager at my local store, but they were out of them. Also out of 750 32gb.
It would be good if we could get a REP on here to confirm that online orders will include PMP.
